?Look for the screws that holds the plastic trim in place on your steering column.
?Unscrew these screws and remove the plastic trim pieces by simply lifting them off. You have now exposed the ignition switch.
?Remove the bolts or screws that are mounting the ignition switch to the steering column. This will unlock the steering wheel.
?Remove the screws that are holding the electrical part (the part with the wires) and the mechanical part of the ignition switch together.
?Insert a flat head screwdriver into the keyhole and turn in the same direction as you would your key. This will start your car.
The instructions above only works on older vehicles that doesnt have complex ignition systems, like smart chips and push button starting.
